Providing final year students at Christian Brothers College Fremantle with an opportunity to learn what future employers expect from job applicants is an annual event for Fremantle Rotary.  The Club organises for local business professionals to volunteer as interviewers. Students participate in mock job interviews and receive advice from the professionals on what would be expected of them in a real-life interview situation and also gain useful tips to improve their communication skills.  Feedback from all participants indicates that the project is an outstanding success and it will be continued.

The feedback gives them a sense of direction on improving their overall communication skills.
